Q: How long will my order take?
A: All orders are manufactured on demand. Which means we do not keep product on stock. Average turnaround time is one week until an order ships. Turnaround times will vary depending on current workload and color availability.

Q: Is there an order minimum?
A: There are no minimums on any order OR any setup or die cut fees.

Q: Is it safe to shop on your site? Do you have secure shopping on the site?
A: All transactions are protected by our powerful SSL 128 bit encryption technology. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can order from us using your Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or Paypal via invoice or by logging in to the "pay my bill" feature on the top right side of the homepage.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, but we do reserve the right to not ship to certain countries.

Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are open 8-5pm, Monday through Friday, PST.
